How does it work?

We buy, renovate and then sell apartments in Bansko for our partners. Our partners provide the working capital and are friends, family and acquaintances that want to invest in Bansko, but don't have enough capital to buy a single apartment or studio.

What do our partners get?

We share 80% of the profits with our partners up to 8% a year. Partners buy shares in the company and become shareholders starting from 25.000 euros. We also give partners the chance to loan to the company starting from 10.000 euros at 5% a year.

Where exactly are the properties located?

All apartments are located in Bansko, Bulgaria. A charming mountain town perfect for year-round visitors.

The company was made to give friends and family with a lower budget the chance to invest in Bansko without hassle . We pool the money and search for opportunities with our team. We handle all renovations and sales. That way you can invest without losing time or experiencing the stress that comes with renovation, selling and managing property.

Can I become an active partner in the company?

Is my investment safe?

We don't use leverage and invest the money for 100% in apartments. We don't give ourself any wage and have no costs except for accounting and paying the wage of our dedicated team of renovators. This way we minimize the risks and maximize returns. The biggest risk for this business is a sudden drop of real estate price in Bansko. Because we focus on apartments that are below market price, we have an added level of safety in case this should happen.
