What we do?
Bansko Investment Partners was founded to help friends, acquaintances, and family invest in the ski resort of Bansko without needing to buy an entire apartment.
We focus on the niche of flats that have been bought in the past by tourists, but need to be renovated before they can be put back on the market. This way we can buy apartments below the market price, renovate them with our team and put them back on the market.
Because of our joint venture with Plus Property, we can keep costs low and have access to a network of potential buyers.

Who we are?
The founder of Plus Property Bansko, an established estate agent. Cristian worked in International Investment Property (London, Marbella, Egypt and Bucharest) and has lived with his family in Bansko since 2010. Cristian has sold with Plus Property more than 1000 apartments in Bansko since they opened in 2012 and is the estate agent with three times as many sales to digital nomads and remote workers in Bansko in 2023.

Stefan Willems
Co-founder of Bansko Investment Partners together with Cristian. Built together with Cristian the Mons Orbelus project in Bansko, a big apartment complex of 67 apartments close to the gondola in Bansko. He is an independent financial analyst from Belgium at Spaarvarkens.be, Probeleggen.nl and ABM Financial News and lives in Bansko since 2021. Stefan is responsible for partner communications and is the owner of Bansko Investment Partners together with Cristian.
